  1. Purchase of 2 new tractors.

  4. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis and Southern University in Louisiana, USA, that will lead to significant benefits for the Federation in the fields of higher education and agriculture.  
  5. MOU between Ross University & Ministry Health & Agriculture intended to foster and sustain a collaborative relationship between the Ministries and RUSVM to further scientific research and improve the standards of public health in the Federation and throughout the Caribbean region.
