Frigate Bay Development Corporation About Us

The Frigate Bay Development Corporation was established on the 16th November, 1972, to undertake the Development of the Frigate Bay Area. The directive included real estate sales to facilitate commercial and residential development, golf courses, roads and services, public recreational and green areas, marinas and others. Being that this mandate is almost fulfilled, the general function of the Corporation now involves the sale of some real estate lands, the maintenance of the beaches, the verges, Frigate Bay lawn, sewage, the surrounding ponds and their circulation systems, the rental of space at the Strip and the Clubhouse in the Frigate Bay Area.
