Counseling Unit

The Counseling Centre offers free counseling services to the general public, including children/teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Counselling is offered for any personal issue, including depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, and family conflict.  Clients are usually self-referred, or are referred from a variety of different institutions, including schools, medical practitioners, law offices, and the Court.
