H.E. Calvin St. Juste serves as Executive Chairman of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Unit and Honorary Special Envoy for Investment, Development, and International Business Relations for the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. 

With more than 25 years of international leadership experience across financial services, technology, telecommunications, and telemedicine, he is recognized for leading the modernization of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme through reforms focused on compliance, biometrics, digital transformation, and operational innovation. A former Wall Street executive and Lean Six Sigma practitioner, Mr. St. Juste also serves on several international boards, including the Board of Governance of the Asian Institute of Artificial Intelligence.
