Cayon’s Water Problem Sees Remarkable Improvement with the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis!

After enduring prolonged water scarcity for over 7 years, the Cayon community can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the new administration under Drew’s leadership, significant headway has been made in tackling this pressing issue within just a year.

The collaboration with drilling company ‘BEAD’ has yielded remarkable results, not only resolving the immediate water crisis but also fostering renewed optimism. The positive outcomes extend beyond Cayon, benefitting neighboring villages like Keys, Ottley’s, and St Peter.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the government for prioritizing our well-being and investing resources in this crucial endeavor. The commitment to our community’s welfare is truly commendable and doesn’t go unnoticed.

As we witness the positive impact of this intervention, we pledge to use water responsibly, maintain the newly established infrastructure, and support any future measures to ensure sustained water availability.

A special thanks to Bead drilling company and our representative, Prime Minister Hon Dr. Terrance Michael Drew and the Minister of Public Works, the Hon. Konris Maynard for their unwavering support. Your proactive approach reaffirms our faith in the government’s dedication to its citizens’ welfare. We are grateful to be part of such a caring and supported community.
